we currently don't have an entity event page.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

We need to design and implement an events page for an entity, where an admin can be able to view all the events that have been done on an entity, e.g. who has updated the entity, when was it updated, etc.

Indicate the importance of this feature to you.
