If I accidentally type the wrong username or name, or if a Judge leaves RIT.

What to do about past votes?

Likely they should be kept to not affect past scores. Perhaps nullifying the user_id associated with the vote.

In backend/db/migrations/20180203005704-create-vote.js, onUpdate and onDelete need to change
