As an administrator, I would like to be able to edit all submissions for each of the calls

Backend:

• Create an update mutation on submissions. Only allowed for Admins.
• Tests

Frontend:

• On the "Submissions" tab in a show's "View Details" page, on the modal that appears when you click on a row (aka submission), create an "Edit" button that when clicked, makes all the fields in the modal editable / input fields and displays "Cancel" and "Save" buttons at the bottom of the modal. "Cancel" reverts the modal back to displaying the information. "Save" sends an update mutation to the backend and shows the modal w/ the updated information.

(This could be achieved by displaying the information in disabled input fields and then re-enabling them on-edit)
