Here, I think on the user's side, John Doe and john doe are likely to be the identical client as delineated from the feature flaw described in the PE webpage.

As this mentions, I think in this case john doe and John Doe might be same person so it might be better if you could provide warning. If your team intended to design the product such that only name with exact matching (i.e. name is case-sensitive) are considered to be the identical housekeeper, I think this should be mentioned in the user guide so that the user is aware of equality condition of two Person object.
