I'd appreciate the different visual pain effects from ACE3 to return.
Both chromatic abortion and pulsing blur are definitely my personal favorites. |

Add the possibility to have a parametre inside Ace Medical to have the same things than inside the mod https://reforger.armaplatform.com/workshop/5EDB1D94A87AA78B Like we have in Ace3. This Parameter is very good for immersion and work for MEDEVAC |

I think it would be beneficial to have a medical menu, trying to bandage a limb by looking at it is very inconsistent. |

I talked to the medics in a clan that I am connected to. The first thing we would like to have in ACE Medical is that downed players are longer in the unconsciousness state before dying (implemented by using a configurable factor). This makes MEDEVAC use more sensible and even more worthwhile because the injured people do not die too early. I think this is one of the first and groundbreaking features that will make ACE Medical truly usable and valuable and increase acceptance in communities. |

Stretcher So I am a 18D (Special forces medical sergeant) in a MilSim and I love the new medical system but when we're moving casualties away from an area or medivacing them out of an AO from a CCP we'd like a way to move them realistically instead of just fireman carrying them because for severe injuries doing that could kill them so having something like a stretcher to move people would be amazing to have. The stretcher itself would be a 1-2 person ability I know the animations would probably be difficult and I myself am not a modder so I understand not wanting to do all that for one thing but it would be greatly appreciated by the medic community and would satisfy my larping needs |

Splints/Stretcher/Surgical Kit These 3 all kinda tie in together, splints would be for broken bones from GSW, shrapnel, fall damage etc. I think there should definitely be a movement penalty when the splints are used similar to the TQ but in reality, if you break both of your legs you shouldnt be able to walk. However, if the ability to carry someone with splints on that would be cool. Same thing with a stretcher, ive seen it discussed here previously but i think that would be very nice to have for immobilized casualties. Then to tie it all together, make a surgical kit that can heal these broken bones or other injuries. |

Bandaging should take longer. Currently, there's little incentive to use a tourniquet over a bandage since both are too quick to apply. Increasing the bandaging time to around 15 seconds instead of 6 seconds would create a more strategic choice between the two, making the tourniquet more valuable in critical situations. |

For medical prototypes - the ability to pack wounds with gauze in areas such as the abdomen to try and contain bleeding. Varying amount of gauze dependent on the nature of bleed to stop the bleed. Different prompts on the user downed for check pulse on places like the neck, arm, hand. Blood pressure to take slightly longer to reflect attaching cuff, getting readings etc - this is from the perspective of using an automatic bpm machine. Arguably, this would take longer using a manual machine as you would have to locate radial pulse. Pulse check to take longer. If doing manual pulse check, would require checking pulse for up to a fifteen seconds and multiplying by 4. Blood pressure machines and oximeter - attachable devices that can be recovered similar to a tourniquet. Oximeter readings could be shown automatically and a delay of around 2-3 seconds to get a reading. You can get continuous readings from these. Blood pressure machines could have prompt to use each time to get a reading and a delay of around 15-20 seconds till you get a reading. |

Hello, as far as intros go I am a bit of a nerd, current 68W combat medic, and often a milsim cringelord on the side. I apologize in advance if any of this has been referenced above, but I didn't see it, so I thought I would make an account and pop in a suggestion: One major feature that I both love and hate the presence of in game is blood pressure; I love that it is a thing that is there as a consideration, but I abhor the way some parts of it function and some very minor tweaks could help in my opinion;
Even just those couple of relatively easy tweaks here would not only make the system feel significantly more detailed, but would also establish a much bigger use case for certain medications. If you took the time to read this I thank you a lot! I appreciate the effort it takes to make this sort of thing for a community and be constantly evolving it as time goes on and want to thank you for that as well. Nothing in this is meant to demean your system, just offer some improvements that I have noticed would be appreciated on this front by the medics of the game who enjoy this system. |
