I am setting a $50 bounty in bitcoin for the website to be updated with a sign up feature so that it is possible to receive SMS/Email alerts when there is a chain split or if a node has fallen behind.

Please check my github activity to see proof that I have followed through on bounties before.

Hey,

Too late to implement now but just to let you know the website only validates a split once there are two blocks confirmed. This means there would be a delay and you would probably become aware before it occurs.

If you want to quickly use something in case of change, you can run https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/easy-auto-refresh/aabcgdmkeabbnleenpncegpcngjpnjkc?hl=en on Chrome. It automatically refreshes the page at a set interval (if the website doesn't already automatically update).

@KonDax the site auto refreshes every 60 seconds. Also, sometimes there will be false positives with split detection due to latency, fast blocks, etc. It seems like the current false positive rate is 1 every 4 or so days.
