Install Bitwarden/VaultWarden and integrate with ACM SSO

We would like a shared password vault to share sensitive information among groups within the ACM (Probably the SysAdmins).

We should ensure that logins are integrated with our current AD. If possible, we should look into ensuring that users that are part of certain groups are automatically shared secrets.

Acceptance Criteria

• Bitwarden / VaultWarden is installed on our Kubernetes Cluster
• ACM logins are used to login to the application

FYI the reference bitwarden server is guilty of the SSO tax. Vaultwarden is the only real acceptable solution
