Carousels are a component commonly found between different frontend applications. It could be helpful if the DLS had an opinionated carousel component.

Bonus points: An optional sub-package like @material-ui/lab vs @material-ui/core for these larger extra packages.
Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear delineation that the DLS does not support these types of components.

Both Insights Cloud and Encourage Web use a carousal.
