Can the version of Microsoft.PowerShell.PSResourceGet be updated from version 1.0.6 currently present in the 'Windows-Latest' image to version 1.10.0.

Version 1.10.0 is able to work with Azure Container Registries.

The version that is currently installed in the runner image is the version that ships with PowerShell 7
