Add device order number to support multiple boilers (other devices) in a cascade

We have 3 boilers CGB-100 in a cascade with cascade module. It would be nice to add the group name to parameter name to distinguish parameter names that are propagated to home assistant.

Another approach will be adding Group or ProtGroup attribute to Parameter class and let the hass plugin handle multiple devices itself.
