Fixed element within the slidebar

Hi, I don't see this issue posted but is it possible to have a slidebar with a fixed element inside of the slidebar element. For instance if I want a heading to be persistent if your slide bar content has a scroll bar.

Even the documentation says: "There is a known issue when transforming elements which contain children with position: fixed; making them behave more like position: absolute;."

This is my only problem. I want an element to be fixed INSIDE the slidebar.
