Currently the repo is outdated and not compatible with ember 3.28 nor 4.4

There is a discussion going on wether it's will be free for adoption or not. Ether way it will result in a fork which we need to keep track of or replace the dependency completly.

AFAICT we no longer depend on ember-scrollable so i'll close this
