Describe the bug
Clash Royale and CS:GO games' APIs are down/not working

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use clashroyale or csgo commands

Expected behavior
PenguBot provides statistics

Causes
Clash Royale: the API is down, try using https://developer.clashroyale.com/ instead.
CS:GO: The server returns server error, try checking if PenguBot sends valid data to the API. https://steamcommunity.com/dev
