Remove or move generic course specific code

It looks like some code that's specific to a particular ADL course has been included here: 4b1fac2

If this is to be a generic re-usable plugin, those changes either need to be removed from the master branch, or somehow made generic in some way.

Well, this module really wasn't intended to be more than an internal proof of concept. That whole Converter file was meant to be replaced with every application. You're welcome to adapt this project for your own uses, but ADL has no intention of supporting or developing the bridge any further.

I think it would be better if you forked it, to be honest. Since our experiment with the edX platform is complete, you may as well take over the project.
