On MacOS M1 (aarch64/arm64) it's quite hard to run VM's - VMWare Fusion 13.5 don't want to run macos guests, while tart looks like good candidate:

Tested modified softnet binary - it's indeed possible to block global net access by changing Some(()) to None while still having access to the host IP
