How can we reproduce this issue?

1. Open edge browser.
2. Open https://opensource.adobe.com/spectrum-web-components/components/color-slider/.
3. Slide the slider by stylus.
4. Observe that Performance of the slider is very slow upon sliding the color slider stop by stylus in Edge browser only.

Hardware information:

Hey, @Rocss. According to our policy, we only support the latest version of browsers - 2 versions. I believe the latest version of Edge is v 131. I created the ticket anyway, but I wanted to make a note of this here just in case.

@najikahalsema if it does not happen on latest - 2 version you can close this issue, but unfortunately I don't have the hardware necessary to test this on my side yet.

@Rocss @najikahalsema I have checked and confirmed that this issue exists on the latest version of the Edge browser as well.
