Support quotes (") in option titles

Example:

* Section "Consequences" listing positive and negative consequences as "Good, because" and "Bad, because"
...
Chosen option: 'Section "Consequences" listing positive and negative consequences as "Good, because" and "Bad, because"', because

I think, when an option has double quotes in it, the chosen option should use single quotes. (See also how scripting languages deal with single and double quotes)

* "Confirmation"
* "Validation"
* "Verification"

## Decision Outcome

Chosen option: "Confirmation", because "validation" is out of scope of the template.
