Options are now in 2 places in the markdown:

Considered Options

with a list of options

Pros and Cons of the Options

with a subsection per option

Should be good to edit this as a option template in the ADR manager

So instead of just a line with text, extra fields

description
pro list
cons list
( like the consequences on Decision Outcome)
