how to change arms in a demo ???? (between original arms)

every map has a different players model and different arms.

i saw 1day a video of csgo fragshow and the arms are same in any map
i think its possible without a program

Edit: Technically you can do it with a texteditor, but I'd recommend MIGI tool by Zool.

I think it's easier to do it with MIGI than replacing all relevant entries in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\scripts\items\items_game.txt manually.

MAGI is really easy to use . thx bro :)
i tried MAGI models from discord....it change gloves not arms.
i didnt find what im looking for . i want to change Terrorist arms to piirate arms

Option is to use MIGI to replace the arms models:
I really don't know too much about MIGI, so I don't know how hard or easy it is to replace other existing models, but it should be possible and not too hard with MIGI.
Edit: Please note you need to replace the model with MIGI, editing gamemodes.txt / demo file will do nothing.

Basically you need to make an own MIGI addon:

I'll give an example how to replace the default normal sleeve of a CT on de_mirage:

• in migi addons folder create p_pirates\models\weapons\v_models\arms\sas folder path
• inside p_pirates\models\weapons\v_models\arms\sas extract v_pirate_watch.mdl, v_pirate_watch.dx90.vtx, v_pirate_watch.vvd from the pirate one using GCF scape and rename it to v_sleeve_sas.(same_ending_here) accordingly.
• Hit "Generate Migi" button
• Launch CS:GO from MIGI
• Now that sleeve should be replaced in demo as well (on the screenshot is a CT in-eye veiw):

The model names for each map can be found in gamemodes.txt in csgo folder, the _arms line is usally ignored.

Edit: gloves should be replaced with the bare hands one from the arms folder in the original GCF I think

the skin is still not black and it didnt remove the gloves . so it only add the watch....!

Hi, the gloves can be fixed, however the problem is the skin color, apparently it's proceduraly generated :(

I will move this issue to advancedfx-nSkinz as feature request

The in-eye skin color / type is sort of hard-coded in CS:GO in a sort of table for each known player model (at least that's what it looks like in debugger).
So I changed the value in the right place with a debugger for testing, but it needs to be coded prorperly e.g. into advancedfx version of nSkinz, otherwise it's not suitable for normal users I think (sorry).

I am sorry, I don't know an easy solution with an texteditor (I thought earlier there would be one, but I think by now I was wrong).
As said, please ask around on the Discord or elsewhere meanwhile, since I am not sure at the moment when this will be done in advancedfx-nSkinz version.

1. this is on the to do list, I don't know if and when it will be done, which is why I told you to ask around for other solution you indicated might exist.
2. You follow this issue already, it's closed when the issue is resolved or rjected, so you would get an email from GitHub I guess.
3. I already told you how to do earlier, basically replace the glove model with bare hands one in MIGI.
4. client_panorama.dll, but I don't think a normal text editor is a good tool here, I wouldn't have decided it needs to be done in adancedfx nSkinz if there's an better way.

Maybe there's also an other cheat like nSkinz that can already change arm models and sking color, but don't know.
