I need a declaration file for alps-library

I would like to write a React application using Typescript and alps-library, but the declaration file is missing
npm i --save-dev @types/alps-library npm ERR! code E404 npm ERR! 404 Not Found - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@types%2falps-library - Not found npm ERR! 404 npm ERR! 404 '@types/alps-library@*' is not in this registry.

Another problem is that after install of alps-library there are 9 vulnerabilities (3 moderate, 6 high)
