Bootstraping with Distro-Full Stalls at Cilium Installation

I'm experiencing an issue during a clean installation when bootstrapping with the distro-full option. The process gets stuck specifically at the step where Cilium is being installed.

Here are the details of my setup:

Installation Method: Clean install
Bootstrapping Option: distro-full
Issue: Installation stalls at Cilium installation step
