New feature set domain contacts

I would love to manage domain contacts via terraform.

This is possible via the API (https://api.transip.nl/rest/docs.html?_ga=2.59678829.190075769.1706562505-303198612.1705687532#domains-contacts-put)

I am willing to give this a try myself.

I am wondering if this is best implemented as a resource transip_domain_contacts , or a contacts block on the existing resource transip_domain.
(API seems to be supporting both ways of thinking).

Note: This would be the first time for me writing/modifying a terraform module, and als one of hte only times writing go code so it might take me a while :)
