To avoid manual maintenance of dependencies in CMakeFiles/MakeFiles

The SBE tool should provide a command line option to write to the standard output the path of each files it generates for a given schema file. This is to assign the paths of the generated files to variables in Makefiles and CMakeLists.txt files and help write dependencies in CMakeList.txt/Makefiles: sbe schema file -> source files -> library file

A suggestion that is part of this is also to generate sbe.h when generating the code to avoid having to include it specifically. Would that fall into this bucket?
