This step (on /code/image_processing (revision 28) ) is too slow (the 2nd most slow)
[... profile.normalized_intensities ... profile.distances ... ] = calculator_profile (... image.here, ... options.nFrames, ... options.nPre_bleach, ... options.nNorm, ... bleach.center, ... bleach.radius);
It may be because it creates a matrix of the whole image with all distances to the bleach center. If this could be limited...
