latest push broke data.R file

The tasker didn't run yesterday, so after some troubleshooting I realized that the new data.R file was breaking the code. The error message was: "Error in file(con, "rb") : cannot open the connection
In addition: Warning message:
In file(con, "rb") :
cannot open file 'C:/Users/liz.dawson/Work/R/GAPSurveyTemperatureMap/data/oracle': Permission denied"

I reverted to your last push of data.R on 4/7/23 (636dbaf), and the code is running flawlessly again.
I'll just leave it as is locally on the VM for now and I'm not going to push this back to the main (overwrite your latest commit), but when you get back from Scotland, we can figure out the oracle connection issue!
