Agent makes responses to user messages in threads

As show in the image above when the user posts a message in a thread the agent responds. This should not happen and the agent should ignore it.

@nerfZael i think this is more from the discord bot side - we can add this validation so the bot gracefully ask for the prompt message to be sent in the channel
