As a Reviewer, I would like to be able to rank submissions I evaluate to aid the builtout of the conference schedule.

Acceptance Criteria:

A reviewed session, may only have one number assigned to it.
Numbers go from blank (not filled), 1 the most recommended session X the least recommended session (where X is the number of sessions I've reviewed).

With some sort of persisted order of my reviews that would be exported as a csv later on (the csv export I would consider it another feature.. if you feel it is a valid approach, I'm cool creating another issue for it.. just let me know..).
