try reinstall powerline/fonts Public, but nothight

Howerver I find this https://iterm2.com/, works fine after set up

LOL also fixed at mac system terminal~!!! you need to change the font after install offiical font .

perferrence --> font (change)

I would like to confirm that this solves my issue as well. on MacOS Had to open the settings for terminal and to set the font type to powerline. Refer the to section under "Font", I was presented with a few choices to select from.

For future record, had the same issue after upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04, the solution was https://askubuntu.com/a/1511650:

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface monospace-font-name 'Ubuntu Mono 13'
