Add Travel Management Plan Route roads to internal app

PLPCO has a request to add additional roads in the Access Map.
We have a new Feature layer that is being pushed to the Secure Access map. We call those roads Travel Management Plan Routes.
We have video for those roads so it is set up on the web map to reflect the new roads HERE
PLPCO needs the Internal Map updated to allow these roads to play video https://accessmap.utah.gov/internal/

It looks like he has added a new feature layer (RS2477 Centerlines) and related table (Video Report) from this feature service to the internal web map.

Currently, the app only expects single RS2477 Centerlines, and Video Report layer/table. The app will need to be updated to handle more than one. Since these new layers were added to the production web map, they are showing up on the map, but they do not show the video or other related data:
