新增 #19 製令欄位，非必要輸入

採購 > 進貨 > 批號建立
| input 批號：優先自製批號若沒有才改用進貨批號供給
訂單> 製令 > 領料
| 製令建立的時候就給定 output 批號，有多批
批號建立：一張製令會有多個批號
