Describe the bug
In the annotator UI, results will not show labels but their portal relative URL instead:

This problems comes from the fact the annotator API does not return the "prefLabel" property:

To Reproduce
Use the annotator either through the UI or the API, whatever the input is.

Expected behavior

in the UI: results should show their label
in the API: each annotation should also return a prefLabel property

Additional context

EarthPortal/BioDivPortal - aligned with AgroPortal 3.0.0 code
