User.Follow() returns error "fail:" #316

After the Follow() function worked for a short period of time it now always returns the following error fail:.

I'm wondering why this is the case and why theres no error message and just fail:

I'm using goinsta v2 from GitHub.
go version go1.14.2 darwin/amd64
