Slack docs instruct to refer to channels by their ID. We still pass the channel names specified in user-provided monorobot.json file directly to chat.postMessage requests (and possibly others).
Will need some channel label -> ID mapping that gets initialized on startup and refreshed periodically, similar to what we do for usernames.
