自身のurlを取得したい #3

画像のurl生成時に自分のurlが必要
Heroku上でAPP_NAMEにApp Nameと同じ値を設定することで対処しているが、App Nameは必須ではない
できれば内部から取得できるようにしたい

ではdynoのメタデータ(env)を取得しており、HEROKU_APP_NAMEにApp Nameが確認できるがSystem.getenv(”HEROKU_APP_NAME”)では取得できなかった
