TOML 파일을 직접 읽어서 설정 내용을 읽고 있는 현재 방식 대신, settings 모듈을 추가하고 config를 써서 설정 파일을 읽도록 변경합니다. giganto에서 쓰고 있는 방식을 참고하면 됩니다.
