git annotate 기능을 이용해서 최근 24시간동안 커밋 이메일 주소별로 기여한 라인 수를 계산하고 이를 스토리지의 "code stats" 트리에 저장합니다. 저장은 하루에 한 번씩 하도록 합니다.
