파일에 저장하는 로그에 TRACE부터 ERROR까지 모든 레벨의 로그가 기본으로 저장되고 있습니다.

프로그램을 실행할 때 RUST_LOG=info 처럼 로그 레벨을 지정하면 해당 레벨과 그 이상의 레벨의 로그만 저장되도록 수정이 필요합니다.

프로그램 실행 예:
RUST_LOG=info bin/hog-0.15.0 conf/hog.toml
