get_node_settings 는 cli 모듈을 위한 인터페이스로, https://github.com/aicers/cli/issues/12 에서의 REview로부터 노드 설정 가져오기 기능을 지원합니다.

Task

Node 정보 변경에 따라 get_node_settings의 업데이트 및, 이 함수의 궁극적 사용자인 cli의 업데이트가 필요합니다.
