Hello, qu ying , I want to know how to determined the number of endmembers for a new data, in your code, the number is given by hand,

Hi, Thanks for your interesting in our work. There are a couple of approaches that could estimate the number of endmembers. We normally use Hysime, you could also check other related methods.
