No Readme.md for the Organization itself

There is no comprehensive readme.md regarding the Aiida organization. Specifically, there is no clear information about its vision, team structure, latest updates, ongoing projects/initiatives, or any other relevant details and socials like communication channel that would give users a complete understanding of the organization. There is a lack of information that takes more time to understand about the organization which I also faced this issue when started out .

I'd like to work on this issue , because this is one of the problem every new comer face when visiting to contribute any organization and by this it would be much easier for everyone to contribute to this organization repository .

It's very useful to receive this kind of feedbacks from the community.

I also agree with @Muhammad-Rebaal as we need the struture of Aiida and its concepts and what does it Perform we should add a Readme.md so every newcomers should know whats this organization is about
