Similar to what fontbase does. That app allows you to enable and disable the available fonts, that way you dont clutter your system folder with fonts you only use once.
What the app does is manage your fonts, it creates its own library of fonts, that you can activate or deactivate as well as to preview the fonts with a custom text.
Basically as a designer you get to use a ton of fonts in all of your projects, this makes you declutter the amount of fonts available by just activating the font you want to use in a certain project or design.
