There should be a problem on these lines:

Lines 153 to 157 in a5859f9

    
           - name: Install tmux plugins 
        
             shell: "! ~/.tmux/plugins/tpm/bin/install_plugins | grep -v 'Already installed'" 
        
             register: result 
        
             changed_when: "result.stdout != ''" 
        
             tags: tpm

No error occurs, ansible regards the task "changed", but actually the plugins are not installed.
