Give more feedback when searching for the beginning of the entries

At the moment, the time it takes to find the beginning of the USN entries can be very long, especially on large USNJrnl files. Give some feedback to the user (on stderr?) about the current status, like how many null bytes were skipped, and how far along we are in the file (as a percentage).
