Hello,
Sorry for the late answer.
Due to the limited context about your test, I cannot provide an entirely certain response. But when this type of error occurs, it is most of the time due to the fact that the AFL entry point is never reached. Have you verified that the target executes the code where you have placed the entry point?

Another root cause could be also that the initial test cases you provide to the target does not reach any block covered by the instrumentation. Could you provide us with more information about your execution context?
