Connector Name

source-intercom

Connector Version

0.6.16 and up

What step the error happened?

Other

Relevant information

All connector versions 0.6.16(included) and up return 0 records for admins stream. Tested multiple versions 0.6.16, 0.7.0, 0.7.1, 0.8.0 -> they all return 0 records for admins stream. No errors in logs. Sync succeeds, but 0 records are loaded.
Using 0.6.15 connector version works completely fine.Image.

Bellow I attach logs from falsely successful sync which returns 0 records with using version 0.8.0.

The first version you're reporting problem is 0.6.16 which migrates the CDK version from 0.86.3 to version 3+ it is a massive jump.

You're using Airbyte Platform Version 0.57.2, so there's a chance that changes in the connector CDK may not be compatible with this platform version. This means you must upgrade your platform accordingly.

Let me know if upgrading the platform solves the issue @losblancoo

Hey @marcosmarxm thanks for reply.
Are there examples where upgrading to newer platform version would help solve this issue? Because we have no plans on upgrading it in the nearest future. But if someone has already solved it by doing so(didnt find anyone with fixes for it) we would more incentives to do it faster. Nevertheless great idea. Will surely notify you once well do an upgrade, unless bugfix is released sooner.

As for upgrading from 0.6.16 to 0.86.3. IMHO version upgrade should not break existing stream that works fine in previous versions. If its intended then we should find it in docs. Otherwise propably it is a bug.
