ignores "in navigation" setting

django cms has an 'in navigation' flag for each page, which removes it from the django cms navigation template menu. But it appears in this plugin's menu. I think it makes more sense to not include them (or to have a flag on the plugin to include/exclude them, default being exclude).

good point, under the pump at the moment, however in roughly a month I'll be able to push all the improvements and suggestions. Until then pull requests are welcome.
