Build not working

In that case PHP is not running. Or didn't started. Kindly make PHP as global. If you are using windows then use .bat file to set PHP environment.

I don't understand, what should I put in the .bat so that I can build it well

You don't need to put in .bat but just execute it, in windows branch I already mentioned it to execute automatically but due to antivirus or something they block .bat so the environment cannot run so better run manually .
