Unable to add sms rule

The issue

I am unable to add sms rule, like as an example if i try to add .test.- it's not getting added into the list.
If i try to add like .(abc|xyz). on a preexisting rule - the app is getting crashed.
I have added the asterisk after (.) which is not showing in github, but you get the point.

Update -
I took a backup and then uninstalled the app then reinstalled the app then import the backup.
Now the issue is not occuring.

It's fixed in v4.3, let's keep this issue open, it will be closed when v4.3 is live on Fdroid.
