galaxy-topology

Code to compute persistent homology of galaxy and dark matter halo distributions.

Requirements

numpy, scipy, matplotlib, gudhi, h5py, mpi4py

alpha_complex_wrapper - to calculate persistent homology of periodic alpha complexes

powerbox - to generate log-normal fields

Corrfunc - to calculate 2-point correlation functions

illustris_python - to read IllustrisTNG data
