Tts.setIgnoreSilentSwitch(false) is not working.
Volume set to 0 not working.
Mute phone mode not working.
import SystemSetting from 'react-native-system-setting'
not working.

For me, on iOS setIgnoreSilentSwitch doesn't work too, app crashes with error on native side.
